Alex Bien-Aimé

Alex Bien-Aimé has worked in the tech industry for over 15 years. Starting in 2003 as an Analyst/Programmer intern at Ericsson Canada, they then moved on to become a Software Developer at Oz Communication in 2006. In 2005, they returned to Ericsson Canada as a Software Developer, where they designed and implemented a DLNA/SIP gateway for a Sony/Ericsson joint venture demo in C++, re-engineered a Windows SIP stack in C++ using the ACE framework, and was part of a team that designed and implemented Ericsson's first IPTV service demo using Java & php. In 2007, they became a System Integrator/Solution Architect - IoT at Ericsson, where they acted as the IoT Analytics Champion for the North American Market Area, completed RFI's and cost estimates, and lead development and delivery of customer PoC's on site. In 2019, they joined NoviFlow Inc. as a Solutions Engineer, where they worked on different customer opportunities as a solution engineer designing solution proposals, delivering PoC's and supporting the sales team. Alex'sresponsibilities included solution engineering, designing network security solutions using programmable SDN controllers, and technical sales support engineering assisting the sales teams during customer meetings and preparing technical presentations.

Alex Bien-Aimé graduated from École de technologie supérieure in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.
