Nathalie Campagna has had a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Nathalie began their career as an Analyste informatique at Victor Innovatex from 1997 to 2000. Nathalie then worked at Cognos, an IBM company, where they held various roles such as Sr Consultant, Engagement Manager, Client Manager, and Technical Account Manager from 2000 to 2008. Afterwards, Nathalie joined IBM Canada, starting as a Solution Implementation Manager for SWG, Cognos from 2009 to 2010, then becoming a Managing Consultant for Business Analytics and Optimisation, GBS from 2010 to 2011, and finally serving as Technical Sales and Solutions for Business Analytics from 2011 to 2017. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Project Manager at Banque Nationale du Canada. Most recently, Nathalie held the position of Directrice de comptes at GTO Gestion Informatique from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Directrice de compte / Account manager at NOVIPRO since September 2022.
Nathalie Campagna completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Université Laval, which they attended from 2005 to 2011. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatique de Gestion at Université de Sherbrooke. Nathalie also obtained a certification in IBM Watson Data Platform Foundations in October 2016 from IBM.
