Martine Lachance has been working in the industry since 1998. Martine began their career as an Analyst - Implementation Specialist - Technical Writer at Horasphere. In 2012, they moved to PetalMD as a Product Owner and Coordinator - Physician Scheduling. In 2017, they joined INAP as a Senior Manager, Customer Success Operations, where they were responsible for empowering the Customer Success organization to operate effectively and efficiently. Martine also led a team of Customer Success operations managers and analysts, and developed and delivered new processes, improvements and automation, portal and systems improvements, end of life of legacy products, etc. In 2020, they joined Flexential as a Senior Manager, Customer Success Operations. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Novisto as a Gestionnaire sénior, Opérations succès client.
Martine Lachance obtained their baccalauréat in Études françaises from Université de Sherbrooke between 1994 and 1997. In October 2015, they received their PSPO I certification from Scrum.org.
