Michael Ragano

Michael Ragano has extensive experience in corporate finance, restructuring, and operations. Currently, Michael holds the position of Partner and Managing Director at Novo Advisors, where Michael specializes in business plan development, liquidity assessments, operational and financial restructuring, and bankruptcy planning. Prior to Novo Advisors, Michael worked at McMaster-Carr as a Director and Operations Manager, and at Wynnchurch Capital as an Associate focusing on control equity investments. Additionally, Michael has experience as a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting and as an Intern in Integrated Supply Chain at Motorola. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
