Esperanza Rodriguez has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the HR Benefits and Leave Administrator at Novo Building Products since October 2018, Esperanza oversees benefits for approximately 1,200 employees and has previously held positions as a recruiter and HR generalist within the company. Prior experience includes roles at Holland Public Schools as a Health Benefits Coordinator and Library Systems/Curriculum Manager K-12, along with positions in customer service and collections at Quickcash Payday Advance and Holland Aquatic Center. Esperanza holds a BA in Social Studies Composite and Psychology from Hope College and a Paralegal Certificate from Washington Online Learning Institute.
