Scott Marolf

Vice President Supply Chain at Novo Building Products

Scott Marolf has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting from 1999, they worked at US Door and Building Component as a Billing Department Manager and later as an Operations Project Manager. In 2004, they joined CHEP as a Sr. Financial Analyst, where they worked extensively with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations leadership. Scott then held various roles at CHEP, including Lean, Six Sigma Process Improvement Manager, Sourcing Category Manager, and Director and Sr. Director of Procurement, where they oversaw strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and managed a team of 18. Scott Marolf also led the PMO for supply chain and commercial integration of a $1.25 billion acquisition and received the Annual Circle of Excellence Award for their leadership. In 2016, they joined R1 RCM as a Vice President, Continuous Improvement, driving standardization and business process transformations in the US and India. Currently, Scott Marolf holds the position of Vice President Supply Chain at Novo Building Products since 2020.

Scott Marolf received their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from the University of Central Florida, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the State University of New York at Oswego from 1995 to 1999, earning a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics. Scott also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from CHEP, obtained in February 2010.
