Astrid Burke

Astrid Burke is an accomplished professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as Associate Director of Global Learning & Development at Novo Nordisk A/S since November 2023. Previously, Astrid held various leadership roles within Novo Nordisk from July 2010 to November 2023, including Head of Learning & Capability Development and Leadership Development Specialist, where notable achievements included the project management of a new leadership development framework and the execution of tailored programs for managers at multiple levels. Additionally, Astrid has experience in communications, having worked as a Communications Partner for the Senior Vice President in the global production unit at Novo Nordisk and as a Communications Consultant for the City of Copenhagen. Astrid holds a Master of Arts in Communications and English from Roskilde University and a BA(Hons) in Documentary Communications from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.
