Bo Starlit

Bo Starlit currently serves as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Bo was the Information Technology Department Manager at Novonesis from January 2024 to September 2024, following the merger of Chr. Hansen and Novozymes. Bo's experience includes serving as IT Manager at Chr. Hansen from 2018 to January 2024, focusing on IT architecture and project management during the proposed merger, as well as driving digital transformations within the company. Previous roles at Deloitte Consulting included Senior Consultant, specializing in RPA, BPM, and machine learning solutions, while a tenure at Danske Bank involved process automation and operational excellence initiatives. Early career experience encompasses various consulting and teaching roles, complemented by military leadership training. Bo holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Cognition & Communication from the University of Copenhagen and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Georgetown University.
