Hong Chen

Hong Chen is a highly experienced professional in the biomedical field, currently serving as Director of Search & Evaluation for Novo Nordisk since October 2021. Prior to this role, Hong Chen held multiple positions at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) from June 2003 to October 2021, including Associate Director of Search and Evaluation for NIBR Business Development & Licensing, Associate Director and Project Team Leader, and Scientist. Hong Chen earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Genetics from Baylor College of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Peking University.
