Robert Janicki

Robert Janicki has extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as Finance & Operations Vice President for BASEE at Novo Nordisk since July 2020, overseeing Finance, Business Information, and IT across 12 countries. Prior to this role, Robert held various senior positions at Novo Nordisk from April 1996 to December 2019, including Strategic Operations Senior Director for Business Area Italy and General Manager for the Baltics, where responsibilities encompassed finance management, business strategy, and operational leadership across multiple countries. Robert also contributed to the finance and HR sectors early in the career at Novo Nordisk and gained foundational experience as an Accounting Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. and a Tax Advisor at PwC. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Economics from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a program at Harvard Business School.
