Sayantan Bhaduri

Sayantan Bhaduri, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Scientist in Chemical Development at Novo Nordisk, having joined the company in July 2022. Prior to this, Sayantan held various roles at Dicerna Pharmaceuticals, Inc., from October 2019 to June 2022, including Scientist II and Scientist in Oligonucleotide Synthesis Development, where responsibilities included the scalability of oligonucleotide synthesis and supporting NDA filing efforts. Sayantan's earlier experience includes a Discovery Chemist position at miRagen Therapeutics, Inc., and a post-doctoral role at NUBAD, LLC, focusing on drug design and synthesis for antimicrobial treatments. Educational credentials include dual Ph.D. degrees in Organic Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington and Iowa State University, alongside a Master's degree from the University of Calcutta and a Bachelor's from Presidency College.
