Kim Zovak has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Kim is currently the Founder and CEO of Zovak Consulting, a position they have held since 2019. From 2017-2019, they served as a Board Member for Leader Breakthru. From 2010-2014, they were an ICF Credentialing Assessor for the International Coaching Federation, reviewing credentialing recordings to assess skill level. From 2008-2016, they held various positions such as Trainer, Coach, Mentor, Coaching Supervisor, Coach, Trainer and Consultant, and Founding Board Member (Secretary) for Creative Results Management, Hope Ventures, and Global Interaction, respectively. From 2011-2017, they were the Chief People Officer for Communitas International, managing the People Development division, and from 2013-2016, they were the Director of Coaching for LDi Training.
Kim Zovak has a long and varied educational history. From 1985 to 1989, they attended Stanford University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology. In 1994, they attended Fuller Theological Seminary, where they earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Intercultural Studies and Leadership Development. In 2001, they returned to Fuller Theological Seminary and earned a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) in Practical Theology and Leadership Development in 2006. Kim is currently enrolled in Azusa Pacific University, where they are working towards a MBM in Masters in Business Management - Organizational Development, which they are expected to complete by 2022. Kim has also obtained several certifications, including a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation in July 2016, 4-MAT Adult Learning - Level 1 & 2, Cert IV and Diploma in Business and Workplace Coaching, Cert IV in Training and Assessment from ACOM, and a Professional Certified Coach (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
