Peter Martinez

Peter Martinez is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Novo since July 2021, Peter successfully scaled the engineering department while overseeing Software Engineering, DevOps, and Cyber Security across multiple global locations. Previous roles include Director of Learning Platforms at the University of Miami, CTO at InvestReady and SnapLeads, and Assistant Director at The Launch Pad. As a co-founder of Pikchur.com, Peter contributed to the platform's rapid growth, and has been an active board member of Refresh Miami, fostering the local tech community. Peter holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Florida International University, along with ongoing education in Institutional Research at the University of Miami.
