Craig Weir

Craig Weir, PMP, has extensive experience in project management, particularly in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Since March 2017, Craig has served as a Senior Project Manager at Novocol Pharma, overseeing program management for new facility and product introductions. Previously, as Project Manager II for a custom development organization under Septodont, Craig specialized in parenteral and topical drug delivery. As a sole proprietor from January 2013 to December 2023, Craig offered SR&ED consulting services while also managing products and projects for Maple Lodge Farms, Canada's largest poultry processor. Craig's earlier roles included scientific consulting at Bond Consulting Group, quality assurance at Arla Foods, and quality assurance/research and development at NeoNutritionals. Craig holds a BScH in Biology - Nutrition and a Certificate in Food Science from the University of Guelph, along with a Level 2 Beer Cicerone certification.
