Ridwan Doba P.Eng., PMP, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, and project management. Currently serving as Process Engineer II at Novocol Pharma, Ridwan has previously held positions such as Validation Specialist at Laporte Engineering Inc. and Senior Validation Consultant at PharmEng Technology, focusing on equipment qualification and process validation. With a solid foundation in environmental and quality engineering from roles at Excellence Solutions Ltd and Natec Medical, Ridwan has successfully assisted numerous small businesses in performance improvement, managed complex manufacturing projects, and contributed to quality audits for major corporations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from Curtin University and a Bachelor's in Chemical & Environmental Engineering from the University of Mauritius.
