Kemine Hale, MBA, RAC, currently serves as the Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Novocure since December 2021, having progressed from Associate Director in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Regulatory & Clinical Affairs at Advanced Bionics, Senior Regulatory Affairs at Stryker, and Managing Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at Lanterna Medical Technologies Limited. Kemine also held academic positions as a part-time lecturer in Accounting and Entrepreneurship at United International Business Schools and SBS Swiss Business School. Educational qualifications include an MBA from SBS Swiss Business School, dual BSc degrees in Accounting with Law from the University of London and The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a BSc in Management Studies from The University of the West Indies.
