Molly Moss

Senior Customer Success Manager at NovoEd

Molly Moss has a diverse work experience starting from 2011 as a Data Intern at Story Pirates New York. In 2013, they worked as a Teaching Fellow at Citizen Schools, where they developed and implemented data-driven curriculum and partnered with corporate volunteers for hands-on classes. From 2015 to 2017, Molly worked as an Assistant Program Manager at BUILD. In this role, they supported the program and its participants. From 2017 to 2018, they took on the role of College and Career Readiness Program Manager at BUILD, where they managed all aspects of the program and trained corporate volunteers. In 2018, Molly joined Imagine Learning as a Customer Success Manager, managing a territory and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Currently, since 2019, they are working at NovoEd as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Molly Moss attended Oberlin College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Latin American Studies.
