Shawn Truss

Shawn Truss is an experienced manufacturing leader currently serving as Plant Manager at Novolex since July 2016, overseeing a high-speed converting facility that produces 18 million bags daily with a workforce of 300 employees. Prior to this role, Shawn held leadership positions at BWAY Corporation, where responsibilities included managing the production of aerosol cans; Glatfelter, focusing on converting paper; and Sara Lee, where the emphasis was on processing meat products. Earlier experience includes department management at MISA Metals and shift management at AK Steel, supervising significant teams and production operations. Shawn holds a Master of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University and a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
