Wil Faubel

Wil Faubel has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Wil is currently serving as the President of Novomet-USA since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of President at BORETS US Inc. from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they also served as the Senior Vice President for Sales, Marketing & Operations from 2017 to 2018 and as the Senior Vice President for Sales and Business Development from 2017 to 2017.

Before their time at BORETS US Inc., Faubel worked at MHWirth - formerly Aker Solutions Drilling Technologies as the Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President for Global Business Development & Marketing from 2014 to 2015.

Wil also has experience at Tervita Corporation as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Account Management from 2011 to 2014, at Baker Hughes Inc. as the Vice President of Global Account Management from 2009 to 2010, and as the Vice President of Enterprise Marketing from 2007 to 2009.

Faubel's earlier roles include being the President of Baker Atlas from 2006 to 2007, the President of Centrilift from 2001 to 2006, and the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing & Operations at Hughes Christensen Co. from 1994 to 2001. Wil also held various regional management positions at Hughes Christensen Co. prior to that.

Wil Faubel attended Southern Methodist University from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
