Marianne Bie Frydendahl

Marianne Bie Frydendahl currently serves as Vice President of Strategy, Integration, and Sustainability at Novonesis since January 2024. Prior to this role, Marianne held several key positions at Novozymes between 2000 and 2024, including Vice President of People and Organization, where efforts focused on transforming the Global P&O into a data-driven strategic advisor and empowering regional functions.
