Morten Enggaard Rasmussen

Morten Enggaard Rasmussen is an experienced executive specializing in human resources, sustainability, and stakeholder relations, currently serving as EVP People & Stakeholder Relations at Novonesis and a member of the CBS Executive Fonden's sounding board. With a robust background at Novozymes, where Morten held the position of EVP People, Sustainability & Brand, and extensive leadership roles at Vestas from 2008 to 2021, Morten contributed significantly to the renewable energy sector in Asia Pacific and Europe. Morten's expertise includes talent management, organizational change, and building high-performing teams across various regions. Additionally, Morten has held board positions, most notably at Tænketanken EUROPA and as CEO of M Consulting ApS. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree from Aarhus University and secondary education from Viborg Amtsgymnasium.
