Pim Schuitemaker

Pim Schuitemaker currently serves as the Senior Director of Integration, Commercial Excellence & Strategy at Novonesis, following the 2024 merger of Chr. Hansen and Novozymes. Previously, Pim held multiple senior roles at Chr. Hansen, including Senior Director and Head of Customer & Sales Excellence. Additionally, advisory contributions were made as a board member at SIVIL and experience as a consultant at Quadric involved guiding firms in strategic differentiation. Early career experience included leadership in client strategy and marketing as Group Account Director at Kunde & Co. Pim holds an MSc in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and completed part of an MBA program at the University of California, Davis.
