Shay Tepper

Shay Tepper is an experienced professional with a diverse background in game development and technical leadership. Shay is currently serving as the Head of Game Development at NOVOS since May 2023. Prior to this, Shay founded and served as the CEO of Apps Bakery, a creative development group focused on producing high-quality video games for various platforms such as PC, consoles, mobile, VR, and AR. Shay held this position from July 2017 onwards.
