Piotr Marcinkowski

Piotr Marcinkowski is an experienced professional in the field of debt collection and recovery, currently serving as the Global Head of Collection at Novum Bank Group since November 2021. Prior to this role, Piotr held the position of Head of Debt Collection at CreamFinance Poland from January 2020 to October 2021. At Alior Bank S.A., Piotr progressed through several key roles from December 2011 to July 2019, including Director of SME&Corporate Collections Strategy and Support, where responsibilities included managing collections strategies and legal support teams. Earlier career experience includes serving as International Collections Strategy Manager for the CEE region at GE Money Bank, focusing on audit and improvement projects, data analysis, and process optimization. Piotr has a background in Information Technology and Computer Physics from educational institutions in Poland.
