Gavin Bowman has a diverse work experience in the field of animal nutrition and regulatory affairs. Gavin started their career as a Dairy Research Technician at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in 1998 and then worked as a Dairy Consultant at Cargill Animal Nutrition from 2002 to 2004. Gavin later joined Westside Milling as a Dairy Nutritionist from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they became a Ruminant Applications Research Manager at Novus International, Inc. and served in that role until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Corporate Development Manager at Novus International, Inc. Gavin then took on the role of Executive Manager, Mineral Nutrition from 2012 to 2016, where they led the global strategic direction for the minerals business. Gavin was later promoted to Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Novus International, Inc. from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they took on the role of Sr. Director, Global Product Dev & Regulatory Affairs, where they led and managed the strategic direction of Novus International's product portfolios. Gavin is currently serving as the Sr. Director, Global Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Novus International, Inc.
Gavin Bowman completed their education at various institutions. Gavin earned a B.Sc. in Agricultural Biotechnology from the University of Lethbridge from 1994 to 1999. Later, they pursued an M.Sc. in Animal Science from The University of British Columbia between 2000 and 2001. Finally, they obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School from 2010 to 2011.
