Aaron Aikens

Aaron Aikens has worked in the engineering field since 2005. Aaron began their career as an Intern at Volvo Powertrain in 2005. In 2008, they began working at Sagetech Corporation as an Electrical Engineer. That same year, they joined Novus Labs as a Validation Engineer - Onsite Team Lead, where they managed a 10+ person test team conducting software and hardware validation. Aaron also worked as a Validation Engineer and Compliance Test Engineer, conducting system and component level validation projects and running throughput, security, wireless interoperability testing, and Wireshark packet capture and analysis. In 2014, Aaron was promoted to Director of Engineering at Novus Labs and later became Engineering Lead, working directly with customers to create test plans to meet their specific testing needs, managing lab resources and staff, and overseeing multiple validation efforts in parallel.

Aaron Aikens attended West Virginia University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering with a field of study in Signals and Systems and a Minor in Mathematics.
