Brendon Fry

Brendon Fry is a seasoned marketing and operations executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. As Chief Operating Officer and GM - Home at Now NZ Limited since January 2018, Brendon oversees the company's success in the Home market, managing full P&L responsibilities. Previously, Brendon held the role of Head of Marketing & Digital at Now, focusing on the growth of the residential customer segment, and served as Senior Product Manager, leading product and pricing strategies. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at 2degrees Mobile, where Brendon drove an insight-led marketing function, and earlier positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and Telecom New Zealand, emphasizing marketing and customer retention strategies. Brendon holds a BCom in Marketing and Information Science from the University of Otago.
