Joy Townsend

Joy Townsend has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Joy started working for US Auto Sales in October 2017 as a Collections Specialist and held the position until December 2018. In December 2018, they joined State Farm as a Senior Account Representative and worked there until February 2022. Joy is currently employed at Now® where they have held two roles: Operations Generalist since February 2022 and Account Manager since October 2022.

Joy Townsend has a diverse education history. In 2005, they attended Howard College and obtained an Associate of Science degree. Joy pursued further education in 2007 at Robert Morris University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies. After that, in 2011, they attended South Georgia Technical College and earned an Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant. Later on, they enrolled at Keiser University and completed a program in Administrative Medical Billing and Coding by 2015. Currently, in 2022, Joy Townsend is pursuing studies in Network and System Administration/Administrator at Yellow Tail Tech.
