Tom Kauss

Tom Kauss has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tom recently joined Nox Health in 2020 as the Vice President of Health Analytics. Prior to that, Tom was the Founder and President of Health Care Data Partners, LLC, where they provided unbiased insight for benefits strategy decisions. Before that, they worked at Focused Health Solutions as the Director of Applied Analytics, Sales Operations, and Business Development. Tom also served as the Principal at nSpin Technologies and held various roles at Metamor Technologies / Xpedior, including Director of Strategic Alliances and Sales Manager. Tom started their career as the Founder and President of Tom Kauss Insurance and worked as the Director of Strategic Accounts at Aon Risk Services.

Tom Kauss attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Genetics & Development. Later, in 1992 and 1993, they attended the University of Colorado Denver, studying Business Administration and Management, General. However, it is worth noting that they did not obtain a degree during their time at the University of Colorado Denver.
