Nic Ferrara

Nic Ferrara is an experienced operations analyst currently working at Noyo since April 2022, focusing on analyzing failed benefits platform API transaction data. Prior to this role, Nic served as an underwriter at State Farm® from September 2019 to April 2022, where detailed analysis of unique insurance lines was conducted to support agents in maintaining profitable business, as well as managing application workflows.
