Luke O'Leary has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Luke began their career in 2013 as a Marketing Manager at Salt and Cleaver, where they worked until 2014. Luke then moved on to Taylorchards, where they served as a Marketing Manager from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, Luke founded their own company, Haberdash Media, and worked as a Marketing Consultant until 2018. During this time, they also joined Canopy Digital LLC as an SEO Manager from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Luke joined Online Guru, Inc. as a Senior SEO Lead, where they played a crucial role in analyzing and growing organic traffic for the company's owned domains. Luke also helped recover site traffic loss from a Google Broad Core Algorithm Update. In 2019, Luke joined NP Digital as an Earned Media (SEO-focused) Lead and quickly progressed to the role of Sr. Earned Media (SEO-focused) Lead. In 2020, they became a Manager of Earned Media (SEO, UX) and later became the Director of Earned Media (SEO, Content, UX, CRO, & Digital PR) for the UK market. In 2022, Luke was promoted to Vice President, Media Strategy & Operations at NP Digital.

Luke O'Leary earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University from 2012 to 2015.
