Alex Stanzione

Alex Stanzione's work experience includes a variety of roles in different industries.

In 2012-2013, Alex worked as a Regional Development Specialist at Junior Achievement of Western PA, where they raised funds, authored grant proposals, and executed event planning.

From 2013-2014, Alex served as the Director of Community Engagement and Resource Mobilization at the United Way of Butler County, where they authored grant proposals and implemented strategic plans to enhance donor acknowledgement systems.

At the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County in 2014-2015, Alex worked as a Program Associate/Temporary Program Assistant, prioritizing and coordinating program booklets and vetting letters of inquiry.

In 2015-2016, Alex worked as an Account Executive at PLS Logistics Services, negotiating and brokering freight logistics.

From 2013-2016, Alex served as a Consultant at Mimi Falbo LLC.

From 2016-2022, Alex worked at Blackbaud, first as a Business Analyst-Staff Specialist, providing technical and fundraising consulting to clients, and delivering database implementations. Later, they became a Senior Service Delivery Consultant, executing staff augmentation duties and providing technical and scholarship consulting to clients.

Since November 2022, Alex has been working as a Solutions Consultant at NPact, delivering Raiser's Edge database implementations to new Blackbaud customers and providing data services.

Additionally, Alex served as the Young Alumni Coordinator and Executive Committee Member at the University of Delaware Pittsburgh Alumni Chapter from 2013-2020, coordinating and executing events to engage alumni.

Alex Stanzione obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and European History from the University of Delaware from 2004 to 2008. Alex later pursued a Master's degree in International Development and Public and Non-Profit Management at the University of Pittsburgh from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Alex has also obtained several certifications, including "Building Rapport with Customers" from LinkedIn in March 2022, and "Raiser's Edge - Pro" from Blackbaud in June 2020.
