Katherine E. Jacobs, Ph.D.

Katherine Jacobs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management within the executive search and consulting industry. Since 2007, Katherine Jacobs has served as President and CEO of NPAG, after previously holding the position of Vice President and Managing Partner. Prior to NPAG, Katherine Jacobs was a Senior Associate at Isaacson, Miller from 1999 to 2007. In terms of academic qualifications, Katherine Jacobs holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Georgetown University, obtained between 1998 and 2001, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester, completed in 1996. Additionally, Katherine Jacobs engaged in studies at the University of Vienna and the Eastman School of Music during the early years of academic pursuits.
