Robert O'Shea

Robert O'Shea is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and management. Since August 2017, Robert has served as a Contact Center Manager at NPB Media, where responsibilities have included overseeing telemarketing operations. Prior roles at NPB Media include Senior Telemarketeer and Telemarketeer. Prior to this, Robert worked at SQPeople from July 2016 to October 2017 as a salesman, focusing on donor acquisition, and at George from May 2014 to October 2017 as a sales employee in a bar and service role. Educationally, Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from NCOI Opleidingen, completed in June 2022, and attended the Maritime Academy The Netherlands from 2013 to 2017.
