Jim Blower Minstre

Jim Blower MInstRE serves as the Head of Estates and Facilities for Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust since March 2023. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of MAT Director of Estates and Facilities at THE GOSFORTH FEDERATED ACADEMIES LIMITED from November 2021 to March 2023. Jim's extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Estates, Services and Resources at East Durham College from August 2014 to November 2021, where responsibilities included developing the College Strategic Accommodation Plan and leading capital infrastructure projects. Previous roles included Building and Estates Manager at Redcar and Cleveland College, Technical Services Officer at CarillionEnterprise Ltd, and over 23 years of service with HM Forces in the British Army. Jim completed education at Army Apprentices College Chepstow, earning a City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Building Finishes, Construction Trades.
