Jonny Coates

Jonny Coates currently serves as the Head of Business & Financial Support Services at Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust since February 2023. In addition, Jonny holds a trustee position at the Institute of School Business Leadership since March 2021 and has recently served as a trustee at Vision Academy Learning Trust from May to November 2023. Previously, Jonny was the Chief Operating Officer at Eden Learning Trust from September 2020 to February 2023, and held the role of Director of Business & Finance at Tanfield School from May 2019 to February 2023. Other past roles include School Business Manager at Wellfield Community School, Chopwell Primary School, and St Michael’s RC Primary School, as well as Employment Outreach Manager at the Department for Work and Pensions and Finance Manager at Newcastle Building Society.
