Julie Fletcher Mincey has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of Greek Life and student engagement. Julie currently serves as the Director of Growth and Panhellenic Recruitment at the National Panhellenic Conference Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Greek Life at Samford University for seven years. Julie also worked as an Assistant Director of Student Engagement for Greek Life at The University of North Alabama and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Southern Mississippi. In addition, Julie has experience in the veterinary field, having served as a Veterinary Assistant at Veterinary Clinics of Avoyelles. Julie also worked as a Chapter Consultant at Phi Mu Fraternity, where they provided support and guidance to collegiate chapters across multiple states.
