Vince Farquharson serves as the Sr. Director of Design at NPR since April 2010, managing human-centered design efforts for various NPR-branded products across multiple platforms including web and mobile. Previous roles at NPR include Director of Product Design and Principal Product Designer, focusing on digital portfolio strategy and audience diversification. Prior to NPR, Vince held positions at Marriott International, leading information architecture, and AOL, where engagement designs for AIM promoted significant user increases. Additional experience includes managing interactive web applications at Kshira Interactive and development roles at Airlines Reporting Corporation and Software AG. Vince holds a degree from the University of Maryland, completed in 1998.
