Jennifer Sutton, MHRIR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for North America at NPSG Global since November 2022. With a robust background in human resources, Jennifer held several influential roles including Human Resources Director and Regional Human Resources Manager at EMCOR Group, Inc. from October 2015 to October 2022, and Associate Human Resources Manager at Mondelēz International from 2012 to 2015. Jennifer's early career included positions as Assistant Human Resources Manager at Kraft Foods and Graduate Counselor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where mentoring and HR generalist responsibilities were emphasized. Jennifer began the career path as a Human Resources Intern at Kraft Foods after completing an internship that led to a full-time offer.
