As VP of Operations, she focuses on developing repeatable processes and putting together and supporting teams that deliver world-class delivery, implementations and customer service. Stef previously served in development and customer service leadership positions for 13 years at leading legal tech companies ProLaw Software and Thomson Reuters and was the VP of Operations for technology-enabled marketing firm boomtime.
