Pavel Marek

Pavel Marek is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major financial institutions. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Národní rozvojová banka since April 2024, Pavel previously held key positions at Česká Spořitelna, including Head of Controlling, Accounting and Investor Relations, where significant achievements included enhancing operating performance by over 500 million CZK through revenue enhancement and cost optimization initiatives. Additional roles at Erste Group and MOPET CZ focused on strategic management and transformation projects. Pavel holds a degree in Economics from Prague University of Economics and Business and an MBA from IESE Business School.
