Drew Oliver, MBA has a diverse work experience. Drew began their career at Gallup in 2012 as a Telephone Interviewer, where they conducted interviews and gathered data. In 2013, they joined NRC Health as a Reporting Coordinator, where they collaborated with Account Managers and clients to develop and maintain customer reports. Drew then transitioned to a role as a Continuum Service Support Specialist, where they managed customer change requests and provided support for the company's reporting platform. Drew also took on the role of Quality Assurance Analyst, where they ensured the delivery of error-free products to customers by reviewing completed tasks and identifying process gaps. Drew later became a Team Lead, responsible for creating and updating documentation and performing User Acceptance Testing. After that, they served as Manager of Operations QA, leading a team in optimizing efficiency and quality by implementing automation tools and process documents. Currently, Drew is working as Manager of Customer Operations, overseeing a team and focusing on coaching and training associates, executing large-scale projects, and implementing new software.
