Katie Haifley

Katie Haifley, CPXP, currently serves as the Director of Product for the Rounding Platform at NRC Health since July 2024. Previously, Katie co-founded Nobl, a prominent healthcare software company, where responsibilities included Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Client Services from 2012 to August 2024. At Nobl, Katie focused on enhancing patient experience through innovative feedback and process assessment solutions. Earlier, Katie co-founded SynerScan Technologies, addressing critical quality improvements in the U.S. healthcare system from November 2012 to November 2013. Additionally, Katie worked as an Interactive Designer at Bailey Lauerman from March 2012 to November 2013, specializing in various digital design projects. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
