Tim Ottersburg

Tim Ottersburg has over two decades of work experience, starting in 2000 at Outcome Concept Systems where they held various roles including Marketing Associate, Data Analyst, and Product Manager. In 2008, they joined Lightspeed Research as a Manager of Operations Support. Since 2010, they have been with NRC Health, initially starting as Director of Product Management before progressing to roles such as Sr. Director of Software Engineering and Sr. Director of Production Operations, Support, Quality & Continuous Improvement. As of January 2021, Tim is serving as the Vice President of Engineering & Delivery Operations at NRC Health.

Tim Ottersburg attended Gillespie High School from 1992 to 1996. After completing high school, they went on to study at Washington University in St. Louis from 1996 to 2000. During their time there, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing.
