Carter Manucy serves as the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity at NRECA, where leadership of a cybersecurity programs team focuses on providing resources for cooperative utilities. With extensive experience dating back to 1996, Carter held various roles including IT/OT & Cybersecurity Director and Cyber Security Manager at Florida Municipal Power Agency, contributing to NERC Cyber Security program development and implementation. Additionally, as Chief Geek Officer at INSS, LLC, Carter specializes in secure industrial network design, server administration, and network monitoring services. Carter's professional affiliations include chairing the CMA Coordinator Committee and active membership in NERC's CIPC and FRCC CIP Committee. Education was completed at the University of Central Florida.
