Madeline McElaney

Madeline McElaney currently serves as a Board Member for NRECA and has been a Realtor at Hammond Wheeler Realty since July 2017. Previously, Madeline held the positions of Vice Chair and Board Member at New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. from June 2020 to June 2024, and was a Realtor at Gowen Realty LLC from December 2016 to June 2017. Between 2011 and 2013, Madeline managed the Plymouth BetterBuildings Community Manager initiative for the Community Development Finance Authority, overseeing a $3.5 million federally funded energy efficiency program. Additionally, Madeline was a Director at the New Hampshire Sustainable Energy Association from 2006 to 2008. Madeline earned a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Outdoor Recreation, and Theater from Plymouth State University, completing studies in 2010 and 2002, respectively.
