Soon Park

Soon Park has a diverse work experience in various positions and industries. They began their career as a Research Assistant at Aresty Research Center in 2006. They then worked as an Analyst at Accenture, where they advised financial services firms on multiple projects. In 2012, they joined Northern Trust Corporation as a Consultant, gathering and documenting requirements for project tracks. In 2013, they worked as a Consultant at Moody's Corporation, conducting business analysis initiatives. They continued in consulting roles at Morgan Stanley, Crius Energy LLC, and Jennison Associates LLC, where they executed strategic initiatives and implemented system improvements. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Consultant at Barclays before joining Balyasny Asset Management L.P. as a Consultant, managing strategic changes within the Large Scale Initiatives group. Most recently, they worked as the Principal Enterprise Architect at NRECA, coordinating business analysis, financial analysis, and data analysis across functional stakeholders.

Soon Park has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Data Science from Northwestern University, obtained from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Park earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University, completing it from 2005 to 2009. Park's high school education was obtained at Ridge High School from 2001 to 2005. In addition to formal education, Park has certifications as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as a FinOps Certified Practitioner from The Linux Foundation.
