Aleksa Pešić

Aleksa Pešić currently serves as Business Manager for Serviced Living at NREP, overseeing the concept and product delivery for coliving platforms such as Noli Studios and Noli Residences since April 2020. Additionally, Aleksa is the Chief Product Officer at Nelio Concepts and has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Concept and Product Development at Noli Studios. Prior experience includes significant positions at YIT, where Aleksa managed key projects like the YIT Trigoni Helsinki High-Rise and contributed to development, investments, and business development functions. Aleksa’s career began at RIL - Finnish Association of Civil Engineers, followed by various engineering roles. Aleksa holds a Master of Science in Construction Economics and Management from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
