Marta Karteczka

Marta Karteczka currently serves as Head of Operations for Serviced Living Poland at Nelio Concepts and NREP, positions held since December 2022 and February 2022 respectively. With a robust background in hospitality management, Marta has previously held the role of General Manager at Vienna House Mokotow Warsaw from September 2018 to February 2022 and at Scandic Wroclaw from August 2009 to August 2018. Additional experience includes serving as National Director of Sales Business & Leisure for Accor in Poland and the Baltic Countries, and as Director of Sales & Marketing for Holiday Inn Krakow while working at IHG. Marta's educational background includes completing a leadership development program at Scandic Business School in 2013, focusing on leadership competence, finance, project management, and operational excellence.
