Thomas Wenzell Gram-Olesen

Thomas Wenzell Gram-Olesen serves as the Country Head of Commercial Business Line DK and Head of Office Commercial & Operations at Nrep since November 2020. With extensive experience in real estate and management, previous roles include Executive Director and partner at Lintrup & Norgart A/S, Market Director for Castellum & Norrporten in Copenhagen, and Senior Category Manager at Danske Bank Group. Thomas has also held leadership positions at The Palace and Properties Agency, Colliers-International, and Valad Property Group, with responsibilities spanning property portfolio management, acquisitions, and advisory services. Thomas's educational background includes advanced programs in real estate management from Harvard University and Harvard Business School, and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
